Knowledge Immersion Program Toolkit

KIP is a 12-month immersion program divided into 4 phases. Throughout the entire year, the Knowledge Expert and the Knowledge Host collaborate on customizing the technology or process to fit the needs of the host organization. Each phase will involve knowledge sharing activities and products specific to the project. Such are identified by the Knowledge Host in a Knowledge Immersion Plan drafted before the Knowledge Expert is selected. The infographic below summarizes the main objective of each phase.
