Deployment Phase

is the last phase of the knowledge immersion during which the Knowledge Expert launches the technology/process, completes user training and transfers knowledge to the Knowledge Client.

Design Phase

The second phase of the knowledge immersion during which the Knowledge Expert customizes the technology or process to fit the organization's needs.

Development
