Design and Monitoring Framework (For DMCs and Other Users)

Asian Development Bank (ADB) designs and implements projects using the project-level design and monitoring framework (DMF). It is a core tool ADB uses to ensure results-based project design and management. This E-Learning course was developed by the Results Management and Aid Effectiveness Division (SPRA) of ADB's Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships Department (SPD) with the intent to encourage the proactive use of the DMF as a critical design, planning, monitoring, and evaluation tool throughout the project cycle. This six-module E-Learning course is for project planners, managers, implementation agency staff, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) staff, especially from ADB's developing member countries (DMCs) and funding institutions.
