Assessing and Improving the Quality of Health Care eCourse

In this course, participants will learn the basic concepts of quality of healthcare; quality of care standards and measurement indicators; the key stages of quality improvement projects, and will how to do a quality of care assessment. The course takes about 10 hours to complete, and participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
