Client Portal for Disbursements
The Client Portal for Disbursements (CPD) is a secure web-based system that enables borrowers, as well as executing (EAs) and implementing agencies (IAs) of Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) sovereign loan and grant projects to prepare, verify, submit, and track withdrawal applications (WA) to ADB online. This ADB initiative was launched in 2015 to simplify and speed up both the submission of WAs and processing of loan and grant disbursements. To date, various EAs and IAs from 22 Developing Member Countries (DMC) are using the system. Roll out to other agencies and DMCs are still ongoing.
This eLearning course provides short and easy-to-understand videos on what CPD is, and how to use it to facilitate online submission of WAs. It can be accessed anytime and will help the officers and staff of the EAs and IAs, particularly those in the disbursement operations, to quickly adopt to the system. The content of this course is based on CPD manual, quick reference guides and brochures which are available online via ADB and CPD website.
This course contains modules tailored for each type of user and may be taken at the participants’ own pace. Quizzes may be taken either by module or upon completion of all the modules. A certificate of completion will be issued to those who will score at least 80% on all quizzes.
We thank you for taking time to learn CPD through this eLearning course.
