This course provides an overview of all the methodologies and practices required to manage ADB’s records. Specifically, it was created for ADB staff in order to organize and manage ADB’s records in a consistent and systematic manner from the time of creation until disposal.
Introduction to the FCAS and SIDS Approach
ADB's Strategy 2030 calls for applying differentiated approaches in FCAS and SIDS. In this course, participants will learn about the FCAS and SIDS, their classification process and characteristics, and ADB's financing instruments for these countries. The module will discuss the FCAS and SIDS Approach and what it means to implement differentiated approaches in various country contexts. This e-module is complementary to the Introduction to Differentiated Approaches in FCAS live training. The course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
ORM Training Module: Operational Risk Management at ADB
This 14-minute video was produced to raise awareness of operational risks in ADB. It was designed to orient and guide ADB personnel on how ADB identifies, manages and mitigates risks and to explain everyone’s important role in this effort.
