What are the steps in the Evaluation (E) process?

  1. Match activities with learning objectives – Key question to ask: What activities can be included to effectively achieve the learning objectives?

  2. Create ways to enable feedback – Key questions to ask: Has learning occurred? How can learners demonstrate what they have learned?

  3. Assess course content and delivery - Key questions to ask: How did the learners find the course? What worked and did not work? What were the lessons learned before and during course development? What were the lessons learned after course delivery? Are the course content still valid? Does it need to be updated?
