Answer:    Activity
Depending on the content and the target learning outcomes, you may choose from the 2 types of elements that may be added to courses in ADB eLearn. Although some resources may require a certain degree of interaction from the learners, the level of interaction is greater in activities.

What are the possible uses of a Label?

Question: What are the possible uses of a Label?

Answer:   Labels can be used to add Text, Banner images, Cue cards, or Videos to a course.
Although static, they  are very versatile and can help to improve the appearance of a course if used thoughtfully.

Label vs. Book

Question: Which is better,  label or book? 

Answer:   It depends. Both can be used to present an image- or video-based content. But if you are presenting multi-page content, book would be the better choice! The book resource enables a user to create a learning resource in a book-like format, with chapters and subchapters.

Answer:   URL may be use for:
  • Additional online reading materials
  • Videos hosted in external sites that may be pre-requisites to some LMS activities
  • Videos uploaded as labels in the same course page
  • Refer to another learning resource in ADB eLearn
Anything that is freely available online, such as documents, images, or URL of a particular web page, can be linked to the course using a URL resource.
